Taprite Beer Faucet Rebuilding Kit
You will receive the (5) O-rings and (1) Nylon Washer that will rebuild any Taprite and Standard Chrome/Stainless Steel Beer Tap Faucet.  See diagram
This kit will contain the "
OEM exact replacement O-rings & Washer
" for the following numbers in the diagram
you will receive the following listed below:
# 3 Friction Washer-square o-ring (2) use (1) and (1) spare
#4 Ball Washer-White Nylon-tapered inside to fit lever ball (1)
#7 Faucet Body Gasket-square o-ring (2) use (1) and (1) spare
#9 Valve Shaft Seal O-ring-tapered/conical shape for perfect fit (1)
when replacing the shaft seal o-ring #9, make sure you unscrew the end screw on the valve shaft to remove the o-ring, DO NOT try to pry it off over the end cap or install one that way, you will damage the o-ring, UNSCREW IT !!!
Replace these often to keep a smooth running beer tap faucet.  If you noticed your beer tap faucet keeps dripping after you poured a beer you will need to replace the Valve Shaft Seal O-ring #9, also, if you've noticed the tap handle a little hard to open, and or the tap handle won't stay back as it should and the faucet bonnet is on snug, then you need to replace the Ball Washer #4  and the Friction Washer #3, and finally, if beer is leaking from the rear of the faucet where it screws on the tower, then you need to replace the gasket for the faucet body #7.  This is a very easy repair !!!
After you have removed the old O-rings, make sure to wash the beer faucet parts under hot water with a faucet brush, re-install your new O-rings and you now have a clean and sanitized beer faucet !!!
O-rings are Buna 70 Nitrile - Black
Ball Washer is Nylon - White
